Phoenix Lacquer Art (PLA) profiles itself as a promoter of these refined artistic performances.
Russia is known for its great tradition in iconography. The origin of his type of image writing is found in the eastern Christian orthodoxy. Icons are not worshipped, but honored by believers. Many become inspired by the spiritual atmosphere that the icons radiate.
We translate the world of iconography into the world of lacquer art in our own way.
We continuously produce a wide range of themes and beautiful designs on the exclusive fountain pens which are hand-painted in Russia. The penbodies are designed by an Italian masterdesigner, produced in Florence (Italy). The ink mechanism is the highly modern and very reliable powerfiller, or upon wish, a power rollerball.
Together with a select number of the best Russian artists from well-known Russian lacquer schools, we create a unique, long-term collaboration focused on excellence.
